This solution concerns the bioreactor, which is for the execution of fermentation processes. The vertically placed vessel (1) of the cylindrical shape contains a shaft (5), which is coaxial to the vessel (1). The shaft (5) is equipped with mixers (4), which are arranged above it. The vessel (1) also consists of the air distributor (3), which is placed under the mixers (4), and of vertical stop pieces (6), which are placed on the inside wall of the vessel (1). In order to attain the even distribution of the oxygen concentration in the whole volume of the fermentation medium, a circulation cylinder (2) is arranged coaxially with the vessel (2) in its upper part. The lower part of the cylinder is located in the close proximity of the air distributor (3) and its upper part is located in the close proximity of the lowest placed mixer (4).
