STATIC PACKING

The solution merits the alignment of individual sealing components in the combination of elastomeric and metal rings where the outer surface of the stuffing box casing (2) is in the place of a contact with the valve head (5) equipped with the axial gap (13), in which the distance sleeve (16) is placed. Along the both sides of the sleeve (16), the sealing rings (15) made of elastomers are mounted. The carrying ring (17) is embedded in an overlapping way on the side of the lid (10) of the valve head (5) behind the sealing elastomeric rings (15). The valve yoke (24), equipped with the ring recess (22), is in the location of the plugs (12), where not only the sealing elastomeric rings (15) but also an overlapping pressure ring (23), are placed. The right orientation of the distance sleeve (16) owing to the operating space (6) of the pump and owing to the valve space (7,8) of the valve head (5) secured with the pin (21).
