Zusammenfassung:	The solution concerns the technique of magnetic record and enables to increase the quality of brake lifting using the method of removing flexible elements from the brake drums. On the chassis (1) there is a feeding part (2) and an accepting part (3) of the magnetic tape (4) with brake drums (5 and 6). The flexible element (7) embracing the drums is made of flexible wear-resistant string with nap covering the whole surface, forming maximum of 10 % of the string surface and emerging at least 0.5 mm over it. When releasing the tension from the flexible element the nap (14) is expanding and lifts the hard matrix of the string above the drum surface. In the stop mode the spring (11) returns the shifter (8) into its initial position and the flexible element closely embracing the drums brakes them.
