Zusammenfassung:	The purpose of this invention is to sense more than two measured quantities from a one point of measure. This purpose is accomplished by the combined sensor sectional construction where the main parts thereof are made of silicon - washers, readers, membrane and cover. The membrane and readers of acceleration are fitted with surface acoustic wave interdigital changers. The evaluation of signals is carried out by a system of oscillators and mixers on the outputs of which the signals are proportional to the measured quantities with a frequency of at least a kilohertz unit. The combined sensor reads pressure, temperature of the measured medium and acceleration of the reader in two mutually vertical directions.
