Zusammenfassung:	A chromatographic column consists of a metal tube which is filled with sorbant and which is provided at both ends with (lacuna) and sealing elements and a screw joint is provided for connecting capillaries. The joint consists at least of a supporting ring attached to the column tube and a coupling ring. The invention is characterised in that the supporting ring rests against two removable flanged half shells and can therefore be removed from the column tube if the coupling ring is removed.
