Zusammenfassung:The invention concerns an enclosed railway goods wagon with hoods (4, 5) which lie in the same plane when closed, are fitted with joints (7) and are divided at the apex. The hoods can be lifted and swung out to open them and can each be slid over another hood (4 or 5) in the closed position. The aim of the invention is to make it possible to expose more than half, preferably two-thirds, of the loading surface of a goods wagon of this kind. This aim is achieved by virtue of the fact that the wagon has three hoods (4 and 5) whose adjacent ends are tightly joined to each other by labyrinth seals (6). To open the hoods (4 or 5), one of the outer hoods (4) and the middle hood (5) are lifted and swung out from the closed position into a sliding position, placing them on a common rail (13), and the middle hood (5) is slid over the outer hood (4) in the sliding position, or the outer hood (4) in the sliding position is slid under the middle hood (5), or the outer hood (4) in the sliding position and the middle hood (5) are slid over the outer hood (4) in the closed position.
