Zusammenfassung:	Provided herein are pharmaceutical agents useful for therapy and/or prophylaxis in a mammal, pharmaceutical composition comprising such compounds, and their use as menin/MLL protein/protein interaction inhibitors, useful for treating diseases such as cancer, including but not limited to leukemia, myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), and myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPN); and diabetes. La presente invención se refiere a agentes farmacéuticos útiles para la terapia y/o profilaxis en un mamífero, a una composición farmacéutica que comprende tales compuestos y a su uso como inhibidores de la interacción proteína/proteína de la menina/MLL, útiles para tratar enfermedades tales como el cáncer, que incluye, sin carácter limitante, leucemia, síndrome mielodisplásico (SMD) y neoplasias mieloproliferativas (NMP); y diabetes.
