Zusammenfassung:	The present patent describes a probiotic feed for salmonids containing at least one lactic acid strain, obtained from the said salmonids, with immunostimulant and protective properties, in addition to the production process of the said feed, consisting of the following steps: (a) putting into a fermenter a source of carbon and an inoculum of at least one probiotic strain, (b) the addition of nutritional components, (c) the cold extrusion of the mixture, (d) the formation of pellets, and (e) the drying of the pellets.
