Zusammenfassung:	The utility model relates to a balancing valve, which is used for realizing the hydraulic balance for the heat (cold) supply system and the pipe network system of the air conditioner waterway. The balancing valve has regulation characteristic of the linear type; a valve body is provided with two pressure measuring devices, the opening position indicator of the valve position and a locking device; the pressure measuring devices can be connected with a pressure difference convertor and an intelligent instrument. The pipe network to be operated, the whole balancing valve is adjusted for one time to ensure all the loops to achieve the value of the design discharge. When the utility model is used for the heat supply system, the system and the air condition system, the hydraulic balance can be ensured, the heat (cold) supply quality can be enhanced and the energy can be saved.
