The cold drawn seamless steel tube processing device comprises a mechanical mould and a gripping device. The cold drawn seamless steel tube processing device is characterized in that the gripping device comprises an outer sleeve provided with the inner hole of an inverse conical surface, an outer jaw tightly abutted with the conical surface of the inner wall of the outer sleeve, an inner jaw which forms an interstice for clamping a pipe joint with the outer jaw, and a locking cone head positioned in the inner circle of the inner jaw. The simple device can carry out the cold drawing process for a seamless steel tube with high precision, and specially is suitable for processing a cylinder sleeve with thin walls. The machining allowance can be greatly reduced. The utilization ratio of raw material can be enhanced. Simultaneously the procedure for hammering a breaking head during the regular cold drawing process can be canceled. The working hours for processing are decreased. The cost of processing is remarkably decreased. |
