The closure of an electrical contact is driven by the reduction of the weigh of an infusion bottle in order to switch on an electric line to send out alarm glittering and alarm chirping. A remote control jack 10 is connected with an exigent button 34 to cause an existing alarm device in a duty room to alarm in order to make up of a remote control alarm function. A regulating trimming screw 4 can adjust the starting amount of the alarm so that the alarm device has a remote control alarm mode, a remote control and glittering alarm mode and a remote control, glittering and chirping alarm mode. The manual monitoring becomes automatic alarm after using.
