The utility model is a direct movement mechanism which comprises gear wheels, a screw rod, a nut, clutches, two shaft sleeves which have a same shaft and at least one middle shaft. The one using key of the shaft sleeve is connected with the screw rod, and the other using key of the shaft sleeve is connected with the nut. The gear wheels which can realize the driving motion relation of the shaft sleeves are respectively arranged on the two shaft sleeves and the middle shaft, and the control clutches are arranged on the gear wheels of the shaft sleeves or the gear wheel of the middle shaft; thereby, the axial motion and rotary motion can be realized between the screw rod and the nut. The utility model has the advantages of simple structure, high automatization and short drive chain.
