Zusammenfassung:It is a synthetic method for the prepn. of anti-mastadenoma agent-citric acid triphenylamine oxide. Based on the present method qualified products can be obtd. by using p-bromophenol and acetic acid as starting material, via the five-step unit reaction including ether condensation, (chlorination, condensation) alkylation, Grignard reaction, dehydration, salification. The present method has the advantage of fewer step, simpler operation, higher yield, lower cost etc. as compared with the previous method, and is more suitable for batch process in medicine industry.
