MANUFACTURING PROCESS AND ITS DEVICE OF SIMPLE EXPLOSION-LEADING ROPE

The manufacturing process involves a producing process and a device of a new explosion-starting material. This invention is characterized by that the explosive is wrapped in a piece of kraft paper, then covered with only two layers of plastic strips, and after that the plastic painting is used for external application on it. The device for wrapping the explosive in the kraft paper is specially developed in order to meet the needs of this manufacturing process. Several procedures, such as, charging, wrapping, bundling up and coming our of the mould for the explosive are simultaneously completed in this device. This explosion-leading rope possesses all the explosion properties and the power indexes of the commercial cotton yarn explosion-leading rope. At the same time, the anti-temp. behaviour and the damp-proof property are also improved. Various explosion-starting speed series are gained by changing technological parameters.
