Zusammenfassung:The invention is a alloy spring steel applying primarily in making equal section or varying section plate springs for mid and heavy-load vehicles, which breaks through the tradition that all the spring steel is made of medium carbon steel. Low-carbon steel is employed by heat treatment technology, in which low carbon is matched with high silicon and water quenching combines with low tempering. Therefore, outstanding properties of high strength, high ductility, and high fatigne lifetime are obtained. Because of using the water quenching technology, 12 kilograms of oil and 19 killowatt-hour of electricity per ton of steel plate prodution can be saved. It is remarkably economical and without enviromental pollution.
