On the foundation of the original door-type wheel rotating machine the utility model makes the burdening belt conveyer and the stacking belt conveyer be retrofitted and arranged on a moveable beam. A small getting belt conveyer is additionally provided or the position of the transporting end of the rear car is changed. Or the burdening belt conveyer and the stacking belt conveyer is cancelled, and only the getting belt conveyer additionally provided with a discharging plough is used and the upper and lower positions of the rear car is changed. So the mounding work and the getting work can be completed, and the height of blanking can be adjusted to make the bulk material keep a minor drop height. Disadvantages of the existing door-type wheel rotating machine are solved. The disadvantages comprise serious motive power wasting, environment pollution, etc.
