Zusammenfassung:	The cam ring in this invention is composed of, too halves moving symmetrically respective to the centre of the rotor, so that the stroke of the plunger of blade changes and thus the discharge volume. As compared with the conventional mechanical composition of double row plungers working at different phase angle, this invented mechanical composition is much simpler. Furthermore, as the stroke of plunger varies with the discharge volume, the efficiency characteristic while load variew is much better and the wear between the plunger and the cylinder wall is also reduced.
