Zusammenfassung: | This system is characterized in that it is composed of a step-by-step dynamo, a pulsating oil cylinder and a simple photoelectical main shaft pulse generator. An anti interference means is arranged in the numerical control system and an electrical control box is mounted on the lathe. According to the design of the invention, the lathe with the simple numerical control system has advantages of a high processing accuracy (up to a class of IT 7-8), a high finish (up to a class of 5-6) and a reliable and being easily made. This invention would play an active and promoting role in reforming general lathes into numerical control ones and in developing new types of lathes. |
