It is a pneumatic speed-adjusting device which can have vehicles sped up or not. It consists of accelerating device and speed-controlling device and has accelerating action only on the vehicles with a speed below the critical speed. It is not necessory to be fit to the decelerating jark, thus, it can reduce the equipment cost, improve the controlling accuracy of vehicles' movement and the safe coupling rate as well as the marshalling ability.
