Zusammenfassung:This invention adopts polyvinyl alcohol as carrier to imbed microbial cells and use gelling agent to make the imbedded microbial cells in fixed shape, thus producing microbial cells gelatin which have regular pearl-like appearance. The charateristics of this invention are that the carriers are cheap and the gelling agent are able to be re-utilized, the technical operation is simple and has high stability. The products with regular appearance have good mechanical strength and can be used quite conveniently. This invention has improved the traditional fermentation technical process and can be used widely in medicine, food, and drink industries.
