Zusammenfassung:The utility model discloses a molding structure of a magnesium alloy crucible, which comprises a compound crucible that is arranged inside a furnace cavity and is sealed by a crucible cover above. The compound crucible is provided with a feed port; the compound crucible is provided with a high temperature oxidation resistance outer layer that strengthens supporting intensity and an inner layer that is corrosion resistance to crucible and molten magnesium; the inner cavity of the compound crucible is communicated with an air increasing pipe which can prevent the alloy melt from oxygenation during flowing; the inner cavity of the compound crucible is partitioned into a melting region; a static region and a heat preservation region through a supporting plate and a division clapboard; a melting channel that sends melted magnesium alloy liquid to the static region is provided below the supporting plate; an over-current pore that induces purer melting magnesium liquid at the central part to the heat preservation region and a refluxing pore that returns heavier dross in the magnesium liquid to the bottom of the back end of the melting region for centralized clearing are provided bellow the division clapboard; an anticorrosive coating is provided at the upper part of the inner cavity of the compound crucible. Compared with the current crucible, the utility model is more convenient and simpler in manufacturing. The life cycle of the utility model can be extended for two to three times, while the cost only accounts for one fourth of the imported magnesium alloy crucible.
