Zusammenfassung: | The utility model provides a gas tar furnace tank thermal cleavage device for a domestic gas-producing furnace includes a hollow air intake shroud (1), a front cleavage pipe(2), a cleavage pipe(3), a rear cleavage pipe(4) and an air outlet bent pipe (5), wherein the air intake shroud (1) is communicated with the upper portion of the front cleavage pipe(2), the lower portion of which is communicated with one end of the cleavage pipe(3). The other end of the cleavage pipe (3) is communicated with the lower portion of the rear cleavage pipe (4), the upper portion of which is communicated with the air outlet bent pipe (5). The gas containing tar inside the furnace is led in by the air intake shroud (1) arranged in the furnace tank, and after passing through a pyrolysis cavity(10) the tar and water vapor are thermally dissociated to combustible gas which is led out of the furnace tank along the air outlet bent pipe (5). The device utilizes high heat of the gas-producing furnace tank for carrying out thorough thermal cleavage on the tar, after which the product is led out, thereby improving the gas quality and the gasification rate. |
