The input electric current and the output electric current have a fixed ratio between. The first transistor and the second transistor are provided with the same gate source cathode voltage. Through a first operational amplifier, a control circuit and second operational amplifier, the leakage source cathode voltages of the first transistor and the second transistor are both controlled in a control voltage. By setting the control voltage, the first transistor and the second transistor can be operated in a triode region. Compared with traditional electric current mirrors, the electric current mirror of the utility model can supply higher output electric current and larger load available pressure drop, and the transistors of the electric current mirror can have higher gate source cathode voltage.
