Zusammenfassung:The utility model relates to an internal and external heating vertical passway reduction furnace with materials continuously circulating from top to bottom inside the reduction furnace, which comprises a preheating area and a heating reduction area, wherein, the preheating area of the reduction furnace needs to be provided with an array of burner tips, while the heating reduction area with 3 to 4 arrays of burner tips; the reduction furnace is arranged with 2 to 6 vertical retorts along horizontal direction and 4 to 100 arrays of retorts along longitudinal direction; between every two retorts is disposed with a set of burner tips for heating the circumference of the retorts; the bottom of each retort is designed with an internal burner tip; the inferior outlets of all retorts inside the reduction furnace are arranged with insulation layer; in addition, each reduction furnace is only provided with one unified laying off mouth. The utility model is characterized in that: it adopts superincumbent material circulating mode and internal and external heating mode; double-layer SiC retort internal and external heating mode increases material heating rate, thereby improving heat utilization efficiency and reducing reduction process time; compact SiC retort ensures conditions for reduction course, while porous SiC makes reaction gas drain into the reduction furnace for combustion.
