A float ball shutoff conjoined valve comprising a stator, an adjusting rod, a float ball, a drag rod and a valve body is provided, wherein, the valve body comprises a valve body cover, a seal washer, a ball core bar, a ball core and a ball core fixing hole; the valve body cover comprises an upper cover which includes an upper cover pipe and an upper cover edge and is provided with the seal washer inside the upper cover edge, a lower cover and a cover body;the ball core fixing hole is arranged in the inner wall of the upper cover pipe; the ball core bar penetrates through the ball core fixing hole and is connected with the ball core; one end of the drag rod is connected with the lower end of the float ball with the other end connected with the ball core bar on the valve body, and the upper end of the float ball is connected with the adjusting rod which is nested into the stator.
