Zusammenfassung: | The utility model relates to a spherical ball bearing driller stabilizer used in a horizontal well drilling and workover operation, comprising a main body 1, a wobbler carbide alloy 2 and a ball assembly 3, wherein an upper and a lower rows of ball assemblies 3, which are evenly distributed on the circumference, are arranged at the center part of the main body 1; and the wobbler carbide alloy 2, which is evenly distributed on the circumference of the main body, is arranged above and under the ball assembly 3. The utility adopts a spherical ball structure, which utilizes the rotation function of the ball to realize the purposes of reducing friction factor during downwards drilling and releasing the torque caused by the friction factor so as to meet the requirement of horizontal well drilling and workover operation. The stabilizer adopts the pressed inlaying structure to avoid the heat stress concentration in welding structure and is conducive to increasing the operation reliability and extend the service life. |
