The utility model comprises a backboard, an inclined strut, a vertical shaft, a chassis and an adjusting pull-and-push rod; wherein, the vertical shaft is perpendicularly fixed on the chassis, the inclined strut is welded with the connecting boards of the backboard and the upright shaft which are provided with through open through the connecting holes at the two ends of the inclined strut respectively, the adjusting pull-and-push rod is welded with the connecting board on the chassis and the inclined strut through the connecting hole at the upper and the lower ends, the backboard, the inclined strut and the upright shaft are welded through the connecting board and the bolts to form a parallelogram. The backboard keeps paralleling to the upright shaft and perpendicular to the ground when adjusting the height of the backboard through changing the adjusting pull-and-push rod. In use, consumers can adjust the pull-and push rod to a certain height to superposition the position holes on the inner and outer sleeves and cross the positioning pin to positioning.
