Zusammenfassung:	A revolving water-saving faucet comprises a water inlet pipe, a water outlet pipe, a switch, a water chamber arranged at end of the water outlet pipe, a water inlet arranged at the inner side of the water chamber, and a spraying nozzle actively arranged on the outer side of the water chamber. The spraying nozzle comprises a water-resolving sheet with oxhorn-shaped inclined holes thereon, a jetting sheet provided with through-holes thereon, a sealing ring, and a sprinkler cap with an opening; wherein the oxhorn-shaped inclined holes are communicated with the through-holes. The utility model adopts water atomization technology to realize high water-saving efficiency, convenient installation and application, and good application prospect.
