Zusammenfassung: | The utility model discloses a hanging walking pulley used on the railway steel bridge. The body of the pulley is a steel beam frame rectangular box, the two sides theseof are provided respectively with a load-bearing beam two times longer than the body and the front and rear ends of the body are connected respectively with two assisted buckets of the box steel beam frame. The each end of the load-bearing beam connects a suspension support respectively. One suspension support is provided with a driven gear and a walking pulley, a handgear is meshed with the driven gear on the walking pulley axis via the driving gear installed coaxially with the support bearing on the load-bearing beam. Another suspension support is provided with a limiting pulley. The limiting pulley having the same diameter as the walking pulley, is installed on the sides of the front slide rail. The slide rail is connected on the bridge foundation steel beam of the railway steel bridge after being suspended by some deflection correction hooks. The advantages of the utility model are that it can ensure the walking slide rail level straight, overcome ptosis bending and twist deformation, make both sides of the pulley synchronous parallel, walk flexibly with lightness, save labour and fast, smooth without wavering, suitable for the maintenance work. |
