A cover body 3 covers the inner surfaces of the side panels 18 and 18, and the cover body 3 has a stopper part 8. A projection wire part 10 is formed in the arm rod 2 along the peripheral edge except for the proximal end part. The projection wire part 10 consists of an upper projection wire part 10a and a lower projection wire part 10b connected by a semicircular connecting projection wire part 10c. The arm rod 2 has an engagement part 12 and an engagement part 13, and a hook part 11 and a anti-loosening part 14 are disposed in the proximal end part of the upper projection wire part 10a. An abutting part 15 is also disposed in the proximal end part of the upper projection wire part 10a of the arm rod 2.
