Zusammenfassung:The utility model relates to a stable industrial continuous film separation system which comprises N internal circulation film modules and a washing system. The number of the film module N is an integer which is the same to or bigger than 2. The film modules are integrated in series on the feeding pipe to realize continuous separation. An internal circulation is realized by each film module and a section of the feeding pipe. Each internal circulation film module is connected with the washing system. Each connection between an internal circulation film module and the washing system is linked by a wash and water spot. The structure thoroughly changes the procedure of operation of the subsequent film separation process in the large-scale fermentation industry to realize stable continuous operation of the industrial film separation and greatly avoids the phenomena of the reduction of the valence of the zymotic fluid which is caused by stagnation as well as the phenomenon of appearance of high intensity concentrated liquid in the process of intermittent film separation, so as to ensure the continuous stability of the film flux, to provide a most optimized and rational film separation system which maximizes the utilization of the film separation efficiency, and to realize stable continuous automatic control. The utility model is suitable for the zymotic fluid which has a big solid content in the feed fluid whose valence is sensitive to temperature and duration.
