Zusammenfassung:The utility model belongs to optics technical area, specified as a surface magneto-optical Kerr effect measuring device which comprises an electro-magnet, a preamplifier, a light path system, a laser device power, an operating control system an a PC. The light path system is sequentially composed of a laser device, a raster, a polarizing prism, a specimen frame, another raster, a polarization prism, a lens and a photoelectric detector, wherein the laser device is a semi-conductor laser device, the corresponding power is a two-stage regulated power supply; the yoke and head of the electromagnet is forged by an integral annular hoop to make the yoke shape coincident with the magnetic line. The device is low in cost, convenient for operation, stable in detecting data, high in precision, and can be widely used in the research of physics experiment teaching and magnetic membrane.
