Zusammenfassung:The utility model relates to a non-contact intelligent electronic throttle belonging to automotive electronic technology field for solving security problem caused by misstepping the throttle when a driver makes emergency braking. The assemblies of the utility model system include a non-contact sensing element, a throttle pedal, a control unit, an interruption performer and a brake treadle. The compound mode is that: a non-contact angular transducer is arranged on the throttle pedal, when the throttle pedal is stepped down, the non-contact angular transducer produces a frequency impulse with a certain angle which is transferred to the control unit. The control signal is sent to the throttle interruption performer by the control unit to make the throttle pull wire inoperative. Simultaneously control signal produced by control unit is send to an actuator solenoid valve arranged on the brake treadle. The actuator solenoid valve makes actuation to make the brake treadle brake, thereby enabling an automobile to brake quickly. The utility model can judge whether the drive has made a faulty operation by detecting the variation of the angle of the foot pedal, and then adopt safety precaution to shutdown the fuel line and brake the vehicle.
