Waste and old tyre regeneration processing device

Disclosed is a regenerative process equipment for waste tyres. When entering the pipe, the clean water flows sequentially through a pressure pump, a booster and an accumulator which is connected with a water cutting chain provided on a lifting arm. The pressure pump us connected with its electric motor, and the water cutting chain is opposite to the rotating bench that is used to store the waste tyres. Driven by the electric motor through the speed reducer, the rotating bench rotates. The casing outlet of the rotating bench is communicated with the feeding device, the exit of which is provided a rubber scraps separating box and a water tank which are separated by a filter screen. The water tank is provided one-stage or multi-stage filter screens. The water tank forms a circulation loop through the communication of the return pipe and the clean water admitting pipe. The utility mode has the advantages of simple in process, high in efficiency, low in cost, complete in separation of rubber thread, environmental friendly, energy saving and easy to spread.
