A floating nursery leaf-cutting machine pertains to tobacco seedling leaf-cutting machines. A transmission(10), an engine(11) and a disinfection box (8)are equipped in main frame(6). A lifting disk(5) is equipped above in the main frame. A conveying belt(14) is equipped in the lifting disk(5) through conveying belt main wheel(13) and a conveying shaft(17). A leaf-cutting box(2) is equipped above the conveying belt through a cutter frame main supporting pole(4) and cutter frame horizontal supporting pole(3). A leaf-cutting blade comprising of blade rod(1) and steel wire(33) is equipped in the leaf-cutting box. The blade rod is connected with the engine(11) through a belt(12). The engine is connected with belt pulley(19) of the transmission(10) through the belt. A belt pulley(20) of the transmission is connected with a transition wheel(7). The transition wheel is connected with the conveying belt main wheel(13) through the belt. A lifting rod (16) is equipped in the main frame(6) and lifting disk(5). The utility model is flat in leaf-cutting, high efficient, and non-virus, and labor and time saving and is suitable for the cutting of the tobacco seedling floating nursery.
