The art project is that: the first and second winding of welding transformer (W1, W2)is wound round two different core legs of a same iron core respectively, a line group of reactance winding (W3) twists electric product iron core of the first and the second winding simultaneously, and the effective turn of winding coils are exactly the same, the flux which is produced by the line group of reactance winding two different iron cores is equal force and opposite direction, the sum of the produced induction electromotive force equals to zero which is equivalent to use the reactance of the reactance winding to overcome the reactance of electric product winding and take reactive power compensation that increases the output currents of secondary winding and improves the power factor of electric product. The structure of the utility model is original and unique, and improves the power factor of electric welding effectively to reach more than 0.65, the effect of saving energy is significantly and benefits the states and people, which has widely social consequence and good prospect. |
