Zusammenfassung:	A head-handle dual driving bicycle comprises a head-handle (1), a bicycle frame (2), a front wheel (3), a bicycle seat (4), a driving device and rear wheels (5), wherein the head-handle (1) is a device on which people can put their heads and steer the bicycle by swinging their heads, the lower of the head-handle (1) is equipped with an axostyle (6) which is fixed in the front axle sleeve (7) of the bicycle frame (2), the driving device comprises a handle chain wheel (8), a first transfer small chain wheel (9), a second transfer small chain wheel (10), a transfer big chain wheel (11), a paddle chain wheel (12), a transmission chain wheel (13) and a chain with the handle chain wheel (8) fixing to the fore of the bicycle frame (2), a handle (14) equipped on the handle chain wheel (8), the first transfer small chain wheel (9), the second transfer chain wheel (10) and the transfer big chain wheel (11) fixing on the intermediate section of the bicycle frame (2), the paddle chain wheel (12) and the transmission chain wheel (13) fixing to the axles of the rear wheel (5), and a paddle (15) is arranged on the paddle chain wheel (12).
