Oil vacuum dehydrator

The utility model discloses an oil vacuum dehumidifier consisting of a cylinder tank and a matching vacuum pump for the exhaust of oil intake pipe. The water-including waste oil, after being heated, goes into the two pieces of oil nozzles through the oil intake pipe and is then injected in mist into tank chamber. Partial moisture changes into steam and then floats on the upper part of chamber. After the oil deposits at the lower part of chamber, the moisture in the oil, under the action of foaming air triggered by the normal-temperature, changes into steam and floats into the vacuum chamber above the oil level and then the steam is exhausted outdoor under the action of vacuum pump, through which to make the moisture content in waste oil meet the national standard(s).
