Zusammenfassung:	A lamp mainly includes a lamp seat connected with illuminating lamp; there is a rotating disk at the bottom of the lamp seat so as to the lamp seat can move backwards or forwards on the rotating disk; the rotating disk is connected with a fixed seat and makes the lamp seat can rotate on the fixed seat; at the bottom of the fixed seat is arranged a cone, through which the lamp seat is fixed on the outdoor ground; because the lamp seat can move backwards or forwards and rotate, it can be adjusted to needed angle and provides needed illumination.
