Smart control circuit of electrical eddy current speed reducer

When the speed sensor signal is weak while the interference signal is strong, the intelligent control circuit added on the eddy current retarder will filter the interference signal and amplify the valid signal to output; when the speed sensor signal is strong, the circuit will add clip limit on the signal intensity before output. This way the circuit can adapt to all sensors with different wheel speeds, thus the circuit has a favorable adaptability to sensor signals, and adapts to a wide application range of speed signals; besides, this circuit have many protection functions including over load protection, current limitation, over-voltage protection, over-heat protection, short-circuit protection etc. The circuit can be shut off automatically under ultra-low speed or during stop.
