Zusammenfassung: | A frame walking flagstone band saw relates to a mechanism for cutting stone, consisting essentially of a frame, a lifting structure, a running gear, a cutting motor, an action wheel, a driven wheel and a saw blade. The lifting motor of the lifting structure is connected to a feed screw through a speed-transformation device. The feed screw is engaged with a screw nut which is fixed under a beam. The two ends of the beam are connected with two sliders, and the slide track is arranged on the two-side frame. The feed screw can drive the beam and further drive the band saw moving up-and-down. The running motor of the running gear is connected with the running wheels through a speed-transformation device and an actuator. The running wheels are installed at the bottom of the frame's two sides to drive the frame horizontally moving fore-and-aft. The flagstone band saw disclosed in the utility model is simple in structure, low in manufacturing cost, and easy to install. The efficiency of the utility model is three times higher than the circular stone-cutting machine, thereby the utility model greatly improves the efficiency of processing stone. |
