Zusammenfassung: | The utility model relates to a monitoring device for preventing lifting articles from free-gliding during a lifting process, wherein the monitoring device comprises at least one speed/position sensor and an accelerating and estimating unit, a frictional compensation unit, a free-gliding confirmation unit and a system fault alarm/brake signal output unit in a computer chip intelligence device. The speed/position sensor is arranged on the drive unit of a lifting article electric machine, speed/position signals of lifting articles are transmitted to the accelerating and estimating unit which is connected with the free-gliding confirmation unit through the frictional compensation unit, and the free-gliding confirmation unit transmits confirmed monitoring result signals to the system fault alarm/brake signal output unit. The monitoring device adopting the structure can conduct brake efficiently and accurately judges the free-gliding state of the lifting articles at the same time, the cost of facility maintenance is low and application ranges are wide. |
