A squatting pan and a urinal are arranged in the squatting chamber, and a host machine which comprises a fermenting slot and a mechanical driving device arranged at the outer end of the fermenting slot is arranged in the treatment chamber. The mechanical driving device is connected with a stirring device arranged in the fermenting slot, micro-organism spawns and carriers are arranged in the fermenting chamber, and the outer bottom of the fermenting slot is provided with a heating device.
