Two brush heads and rotation mechanisms of the brush heads are installed on a dish base, wherein one of the brush heads adopts the structure that interior bristles and exterior bristles, which are crossed in a radial direction, are respectively installed on two concentric cylinders and are used for cleaning the inner wall of a cup and the outer wall of the upper part of the cup, and the other brush head adopts the structure that bristles are installed on the inner wall of a third cylinder and are used for cleaning the outer wall of the cup. When the two brush heads are driven to rotate by a retarding mechanism of an electromotor, the cup is manually held to contact the bristles, and then, the inner wall and the outer wall of the cup can be cleaned; through the radial movement of hands, contact pressure between the bristles and the walls of the cup is changed, and thus, a cleaning degree can be enhanced. A basin filled with washing liquor is arranged on the lower art of the base; when a pump arranged in the washing liquor works, liquid flows out along liquid transport pipes well distributed, and then, the liquid is sprayed to the bristles so as to be in favor of the cleanness of the cup. The washing liquor can be used circularly.
