The structure of the utility model is as follows: the utility model is composed of an electromagnetic valve, a far transmitting consumption meter, a pressure transmitter, a PLC and an upper position computer. The feature of the utility model is as follows: the water inflow end and the water outflow end of the cooling water pipe segment of the prior art are respectively provided with more than one electromagnetic valves and/or far transmitting consumption meters, all the electromagnetic valves and/or far transmitting consumption meters are connected with the PLC by data wires, and the PLC is connected with the upper position computer by a communication interface. The entire online automatic leakage measuring device accomplishes the leakage monitoring of the cooling water pipe segment through a pressure monitoring mode. The water inflow end and the water outflow end of the cooling water pipe segment are respectively provided with far transmitting consumption meters in order to make the detecting result more accurate. The online automatic leakage measuring device can fast detect the position of a leakage dot and the size of the leakage dot, as a consequence, leakage mending is timely, and the online automatic leakage measuring device can be widely applied to fields of metallurgy, electricity generating, medicament, chemical industry, cities, etc.
