The utility model comprises a housing and a supporting seat, wherein the housing is composed of a front housing and a rear cover, wherein the front housing is provided with a display window, and the supporting seat is connected with the rear cover; the rear cover is provided with two supporting plates which are backwards extended, the inner side wall or the outer side wall of the two supporting plates is respectively provided with a convex shoulder, and the lower end surface of the convex shoulders is provided with two intersecting planes; the supporting seat comprises a threading pipe and a supporting frame which is connected with the upper part of the threading pipe and provided with two side plates, the two side plates are provided with a contact end surface which is correspondingly contacted with the lower end surface of the convex shoulders, and the contact end surface is composed of a normal contact surface and two side contact surfaces which are in crossed connection; a fastener penetrates respectively through hole arranged on the two supporting plates and is in screwed connection in screw holes of the two side plates arranged on the supporting seat. The rear cover is provided with the convex shoulders which are used for limitation, and the two side plates of the supporting seat are provided with two groups of contact surfaces which corresponds to the convex shoulders; therefore, the utility model can achieve the adjustment of the angle of a display screen by adjusting the installation direction of the supporting seat; besides, the utility model has the characteristics of simple structure and reliable operation.
