A shell body of the paper feeding device of the utility model, a left connecting plate, a right connecting plate, a force transferring beam are formed into a rectangular rigid frame which transversely surrounds a workbench for one circle, wherein the left connecting plate and the right connecting plate are arranged on both sides of the shell body, and the force transferring beam is positioned below the workbench. One linear guide rail which is extended along the moving direction of the paper feeding device is fixedly arranged on the surface of the workbench, wherein at least one linear slider which is in sliding fit with the guide rail is installed on the guide rail. Fixed connection is formed between the linear slider and the force transferring beam, and the force transferring beam is driven by a straight line reciprocatingly moving mechanism which acts on the force transferring beam. The utility model has the advantages that the linear slider on the linear guide rail limits the upper, the lower, the left and the right degrees of freedom of the paper feeding device of the paper cutting machine.
