The winding of the active coil portion in the coil is provided with a first pitch, the winding of the end winding portion in the coil is provided with a second pitch, the second pitch steps up from about zero to the first pitch and the number of winding of the coil spring which the end winding portion is provided with is bigger than a scheduled number. The utility model also relates to a torque transmission and torque fluctuation absorbing device applied therewith, comprising a driving disk which is connected with a driving shaft of a driving source, a driven disk which is provided nearly coaxially with the driving disk and can relatively rotate, a buffer mechanism which is arranged between the driving disk and the driven disk and a coil spring which is arranged in the buffer mechanism; the driven disk is connected with a driven shaft of a driven element, the buffer mechanism is used for absorbing the torque transmission and the torque fluctuation and the torque transmission and the torque fluctuation are between the driving source and the driven element. |
