Annular clamping delivery grooves of screw-thread steel are respectively arranged on middle roller surfaces of the upper roller body and the lower roller body, and the left side wall and the right side wall of each clamping delivery groove, which are near the roller surfaces of the roller body, only contact the clamping holding surfaces of the screw-thread steel. The external surfaces between the left and the right crescent tip ends of a crescent transverse rib and a left and a right horizontal convex ribs are the clamping holding surfaces, wherein the crescent transverse rib is arranged on the screw-thread steel, and the left and the right horizontal convex ribs are arranged along the longitudinal external surface of the screw-thread steel. A distance between the bottom surface of each clamping delivery groove and the shaft line of the screw-thread steel is at least larger than a distance between the top surface of the crescent transverse rib and the shaft line of the screw-thread steel.
