The periphery of a connecting body is totally provided with a heat-insulating layer (1), a casing (4) and a protecting pipe (6) which plays the role of a protecting sleeve; a corrugated pipe (8) is made of non-metal materials. A corrugated pipe (3) and a telescopic pipe (7) jointly realize the compensation and the absorption of the quantities of heat expansion and cold contraction in a pipeline.
